This application allows you to request the cancellation of a submitted natural resource application. Cancellation is only possible if no decision has been made on your application yet and the authorization has not been issued or denied. If an application fee was paid, you may be eligible for a refund according to the fee refund policy applicable to that authorization type.

It is important to use a BCeID when making your application so you can:

• Save your work and return to it later
• Simplify the process when you have a co-applicant
• Make updates and corrections to your application
• Check your application’s status after submission

• You will need information that helps us identify the application you would like to cancel. For example: application type, tracking number, file number, project number, and or the approximate date of submission.
• You must provide the reason for cancellation.

It is strongly recommended you apply with a BCeID.
